- Services have not been substantially delivered
- No product listings have been created or modified on your behalf
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- After 7 days from subscription activation
- If work has already been performed on your accounts
- Platform fees or third-party charges incurred on your behalf
- Custom plan work that has been initiated

- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
4. Partial Refunds
