1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Anupam Enterprises ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Anupam Enterprises provides e-commerce account management services including but not limited to product listing, catalog management, order processing, and performance optimization on platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, JioMart, and Myntra.

3. Subscription Plans

• All plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise
• Services begin upon confirmation of payment
• Plan features are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to update plan pricing with 30 days notice

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Ensure platform credentials provided are valid and authorized
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Comply with all applicable platform policies and guidelines

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the best results, Anupam Enterprises is not liable for platform-specific issues, policy changes by marketplaces, or losses resulting from factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding month.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 15 days written notice. Upon termination, all platform access and credentials will be returned to the client.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
